Chaitanya and Chetan team up for 'Suryakanthi'! The film is quite opposite to what he did earlier says director Chaitanya. 'This film is contrast to what I did in 'Aa Dinagalu'. While 'Aa Dinagalu' was close to reality, this one is a fantasy story with lot of action and romance' says Chaitanya. While his debut film was written by Agni Sridhar, this one is written by his another guru K Y Narayanaswamy. Chaitanya wants to wrap the film in 70 days in some beautiful locales of Bangalore, Mysore, Belgaum and Uzbekistan. He doesn't forget to say, that this is the first South Indian film to be shot in that country. When asked why particularly Uzbekistan? Chaitanya says that Thailand and the Swiss have been overexposed by Indian film industry these days. 'No body has dared to shoot in Uzbekistan due to various problems. We have taken up the challenge and will not only be shooting a couple of songs but some sequences which is an integral part of the film' said Chaitanya. Murugadoss of 'Ghajini' fame was the special guest on the occasion. Addresing the media he said, 'the second film of anybody is very crucial compared to his first film. The director must strive hard to beat his previous film and I hope Chaitanya does the same with this film' said Murugadoss. Chetan plays the role of an assassin in this movie. He has learnt Taekwando especially for this movie. Regina who has worked in a couple of Tamil films is playing the female lead in this movie. Music Maestro Ilayaraja, cameraman H C Venu and editor Haridas who played a major role in 'Aa Dinagalu' success will be teaming up with Chaitanya in this film also. .
