Dwarkish blames heros for failures
31st July 2009 - 8:00am
Veteran
actor, producer, director Dwarkish is an upset man these days. The reason
for his grief is the current status of Kannada film industry. He thinks
today's heroes is responsible for the series of failures and the sad status
of the industry.
‘I have given a super hit in the form of 'Apthamitra'.
After that also, if I am sitting blank for the past five years, what does
this mean? I have produced 50 films in the past 45 years and have given
some of the best films. Do I have to still go and beg for hero's call
sheet? Can't today's heroes come and give me a call sheet, so that I can
produce a film even now’ says Dwarkish.
Today's heroes are responsible for the loss the industry
is facing today opines Dwarkish. ‘They should bow their heads in shame.
They are not able to give answers to the failures. The heroes are not
asking for scripts these days. They are so careless and must be held responsible
for churning out poor quality of films. There is no use in coming in big
cars and asking for lakhs of payment’ says Dwarkish.
