Kishore answers to all allegations!
1st August 2009 - 10:30am
Actor
turned producer Kishore has answered all the allegations made by 'Kabaddi'
director Narendra Babu of leaking out the story to 'Vennela Kabaddi Kuzhu'
team. The actor recently organised a special show of the Tamil film and
proved that he is not only innocent, but has been made a scapegoat in
the whole issue.
One thing that strikes after watching both the films
is, though the film has Kabaddi has a common background and Kishore as
the coach, both the films are different in terms of story, style and narration.
While Kishore plays an exhausted coach who dies in the first half itself
in the Kannada version, the Tamil version has Kishore coming only in the
second half of the film.
'The reason why I organised this show is to put an end
to the whole controversy. Both the films have nothing to do with each
other and I am repeatedly telling Narendra Babu to stop making unnecessary
charges on me. Inspite of many opined that both the films are different;
Babu still insisted that both the films are same and he can prove it.
I was terribly upset and wanted to prove his charges false' said Kishore.
More than the controversy, Kishore says he was upset
because the co-producers who wanted to make it big in the film industry
will never dare to do something different as they have lost quite a big
amount of money in the film. 'We have lost almost 38 lakhs in the film.
We cannot dream to attempt another project. More than that we have to
work hard to recover the lost money' said Kishore.
