Puneeth Rajakumar starring ‘Vamshi’ in Santosh, real star Upendra starring ‘Budhivantha’ at Narthaki and challenging star Darshan starring ‘Arjun’ (a re run) films at Santosh complex is attracting maximum of audiences because Vamshi and Budhivantha are fantastic in collection wise and kicking too for the audience. Thus the rush to get in to watch and get out after watching the films is becoming a difficult task.

This is not the only time for black marketing but also a happy time for pick pocket operators. Very recently in another theatre a senior journalist colleague Mr D.C.Nagesh lost a geometry size superb mobile phone and losing wrist watches and money inside the pocket means one has to make a try here getting in or getting out. The Santosh complex that is very congested leading to all sorts of problems.

To accommodate the cinema lovers free movement firstly the vehicles getting in should be avoided is the major reaction this portal has received. Secondly the queue system is lacking. The ticket holders throng in the rush and it is the sunshine for the pick pocket operators.

A cross section of people cinesandalwood contacted on the first day especially ladies felt very unhappy for the situation existing. The female audiences who are interested in watching Vamshi and Budhivantha are now not able to go in the rush and watch. At one point of time the audience coming out and audience getting in is the reason for such chaos says Ms Sowbhagya. Firstly the vehicle getting inside is a big stress in this complex.

Instead of this system of at a time people facing face to face in the congested complex the PVR or INOX style should be adopted. Those who watch the film would go in separate exit gate and the new crowd coming in would feel free to enter.

Another youth (declines to say his name) who bunked his college to see Vamshi is of the opinion that Santosh theatre is well maintained compared to Narthaki theatre conditions. The back of seats at Narthaki theatre is split from Paan. Sitting in front of it is horrible he says who did not miss watching ‘Budhivantha’ too before watching Vamshi.

The Kannada cinema industry wants films to run to packed houses but they are not ready to give a nice welcome to the audience. We pay and then see the film. We may see the film in dark but don’t keep us in bad condition for our money says Ms Latha who had come to watch ‘Vamshi’ at Santosh theatre.
